Pandora Health was founded by a team with more than fifteen years’ combined experience in Australia’s innovative medicine and compliant telehealth industries.

Our story

Over that time, we watched the longevity and hormone health space grow quickly — and watched a lot of noise grow with it. Unregulated products, inconsistent oversight, and services that prioritised speed over safety became increasingly common, making it hard for everyday Australians to know who to trust.

We saw a clear gap: a service built the right way from the start. One with full doctor oversight on every plan, medication made locally and third-party lab tested for quality, and compliance treated not as a box to tick, but as the foundation everything else is built on.

That’s what Pandora Health was built to be.

Where we stand today

The space hasn’t gotten any less confusing. If anything, there’s more noise now than when we started — more providers, more claims, more products of varying quality, and more pressure on patients to work out for themselves what’s actually safe.

Our goal hasn’t changed. We want getting proper, doctor-led care in this space to be simple — without you having to become an expert in pharmacology or compliance just to feel confident in your decision. Safety and compliance remain our number one focus, in every plan we build and every partner we work with
