Frequently asked questions.

Everything most people want to know before booking their discovery call.

Are your practitioners AHPRA-registered?

Where a prescription is issued, medication is dispensed through a licensed Australian pharmacy and delivered directly to your address in discreet and temperature-controlled packaging.
Timeframes depend on whether blood tests are required and how quickly they’re completed. Your care team will give you a clear timeline once you’ve had your discovery call.
Your practitioner reviews your progress at each scheduled follow-up and can adjust your plan as needed. If you have concerns before your next scheduled review, contact our care team.
